Business Readiness Evaluation

Understand where your business stands and what needs attention.

Start with a free, guided evaluation across eight business domains. Identify strengths, headline gaps and areas that depend heavily on the owner, using your answers and the evidence you provide. Use the findings as a starting point for deciding where closer review could help.

Self-service starting point. No consultation required.

A starting point when the priorities are unclear

This suits a business seeking a clearer view of strengths, gaps, repeatability and owner dependence before deciding where closer review could help. Start with your goals and context; the evaluation is a structured starting point, rather than independent confirmation of how the business performs.

A sale is not required. The model includes owner and transaction readiness alongside commercial, operational, financial and systems questions. Suitability and any paid work are discussed in the context of your business.

The eight business domains

  • D1Revenue Durability & Concentration
  • D2Owner Dependence & Transferability
  • D3Financial Visibility & Earnings Quality
  • D4Management Depth & Decision Rights
  • D5Operating Maturity
  • D6Technology, Data & Systems
  • D7Supplier, Channel & Asset Resilience
  • D8Owner Personal & Transaction Readiness

What the free findings mean

Readiness and evidence confidence stay separate

The readiness score describes the starting position reflected in your answers. Evidence confidence describes the strength of the supporting evidence. A high readiness score is not a substitute for reliable evidence.

A final readiness score requires a complete evaluation.

Useful headline findings, with clear limits

  • See self-reported strengths and priority areas across the domains.
  • Identify headline gaps and areas that depend heavily on the owner.
  • Use findings to decide where further review could be worthwhile.
  • Practitioner consultation, independent evidence validation, GTM and a detailed action plan belong to the paid package.

For example: enquiries are falling through the gaps

A starting finding may flag inconsistent follow-up or unclear ownership from your answers. The free evaluation does not itself reconcile individual enquiry records, diagnose every cause or build a new workflow. The shared example shows what closer review and separately agreed implementation could involve.
